UNPAID INVOICE
The "Remaining Balance from Previous Bill" is considered an "overdue" bill
and must be fully paid immediately to avoid service suspension
PRO-RATED FEES/INVOICE
These are proportional monthly service fees from the service activation date up to
the end of each month. Also applicable upon downgrade, upgrade or reconnection of service for suspended accounts.
RECONNECTION AND RESET FEE
Reactivation of service may be requested after settlement and posting of payment
for the overdue invoices. For suspended service due to nonpayment, Reconnection fee of 250.00 applies. Reset fee of 300.00 will be applied for clients who request assistance for this concern.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION
You may report service interruption, line/post situation and calamity situations by
calling our office number 0968-665-7677 or 0965-408-3737. Down time credit is applied only if the concern is reported to the office and if not being address after 24 hrs from the time reported; and credits will be deducted on the following months invoice. The company will not provide compensation for interruptions due to unforseeen events like calamity and power interruptions

Limited Warranty
GTE Wireless technologies provides a One year limited warranty in all eligible products provided by the company during your sign -up. The limited warranty covers failures defects in materials (modem, antennas and accessories). Customer's negligence or carelessness that resulted to the damage in the products are not covered under the limited warranty. The ONE YEAR warranty starts from the activation date and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase or complete product serial number is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty. Once one year warranty is over, GTE Wireless technologies will no longer shoulder any replacement of materials(modem, antennas and accessories) and must be of clients expense. However, the company will still provide free technical assistance for your internet service maintenance.

Our technicians are not allowed/authorized to receive any payment ( monthly payment or installation fee payment). We only acknowledge payments processed at the office and for online transaction, we only consider payments processed via the stated payment channels in your invoice. GTE wireless technologies is not obliged to honor, and shall not be held liable for any uncredited/unposted payments made to said individual.
